For Your Information

1.  Florida hotel lodging taxes are 11.5%.

2.  Florida sales tax is 7.5%.

3.  Specialty Certifications:  All specialty certifications taken at Jules' Undersea Lodge are recognized by our participating dive organizations to be used in advancing your certification level.   Wording on your certification card is specific to our facility.

4.  Gratuities:  We do things the old fashioned way here at Jules'  Undersea Lodge.  We DO NOT include gratuities in the price of your stay.  Gratuities are most appreciated by our Mission Directors and of course they are at your discretion. 

5.  Hours of Operation:  Monday thru Friday:  8:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. These hours  do not apply to reservations made at our lodge.

6.  Breaks/Holidays:   Key Largo Undersea Park will be closed November 27, Thanksgiving Day.  December 22, thru January 2, 2009 for Christmas and New Years.  Happy Holidays:)

7.  Cancellation policy:  Because Jules' Undersea Lodge has only two rooms, we strictly adhere to the following policy:  There is a $100.00 per person processing fee for cancellations.  A $50.00 per person rescheduling fee.  30+days before the reservation date = a full refund - fee, 29-8 days before the reservation date = 50% refund - $50.00 per person fee, 7 days or less = no refund.  If there is an evacuation in the Keys due to weather you will be refunded your full deposit.  Gift Certificates are transferable not refundable.

Please note:  We require you to be here ON TIME.  If you are not here by 5:00 p.m. and you have not called to inform our staff that you will be late for your normal check-in-time, your reservation will be cancelled and there is no refund.
